How often should my furnace be serviced?

Once a year, ideally in the fall before the cold arrives. Air conditioners are best checked in spring.

How often should I change my furnace filter?

Check it every month. Most standard filters need changing every one to three months, more often with pets.

Yes. We service old and new equipment of every brand.
